Pros

Bonus potential - maximum amount each month is $750 (with perfect metrics & high referral rate). As long as you have a great relationship with your supervisor, your experience won't be as bad as it can be.

Cons

Poor benefits. Expensive health insurance. You only earn THREE DAYS worth of PTO after being there one year. Point system easy to abuse. Micro-management. Employee referral bonus ($100) is supposed to be rewarded as soon as the referred employee has been on the job atleast 90 days after they've hit production floor. Took my friend 6 months to get hers after I got hired.

We are truly sorry to learn about your experience. We strive to provide our employees with a great working experience, however, your experience states otherwise. When it comes to pay and benefits, we abide strictly to international and local labor laws, that include providing salaries and incentives that are at par, if not higher than the industry standard. We are sorry that we haven't met your expectations during your stay here. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
