Pros

Working from Home is great.

Cons

The company moves you around a lot between managers, little consistency. Most of the managers are on power trips. It’s no wonder their turnover rate is so high.

Pros

Tp is great place to learn and to develop new skills

Cons

The cons is sometimes they need you to transfer in defferent site to continue working with them, like what hapen now I lived in sucat but I was transferred to Ayala. But anyway I like my new site
