      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing. Work can be easy but there is alot to learn. Pay is great, there are incentives too.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible. Too much micromanagement. Also you can clearly tell who they play favorites with.

      A growing company with lots of opportunities to learn and develop. Strong leadership, and a progressive attitude toward current and developing markets.

      Cons

      Rate of growth is a challenge. Finding and developing current team members, and finding new folks with the right skills is difficult
