Good team, fun at a growing company

Pros

Lots of opportunity, great team and always new challenges as the company grows. The company has produced year over year results. There is a global manufacturing foot print and more sites being evaluated. From start of new factory construction to when the lines go live, it's all hands on deck.

Cons

There are obstacles to overcome but nothing that we can't work through. It's an interesting time to be in renewable energy in the US.

Horrible fumes that make you sick and headaches, covered in fiberglass resin. Very little training for job.
