Pros

TPI is a great company to work for. Recently went public and there is excitement everywhere. Leaders care about their associates and the management team takes time to speak with associates when they make site visits.

Cons

With growth comes some growing pains but newly hired leaders are more focused on communication and engagement.

Learning new processes in the wind energy industry.

Cons

Executive Management, CEO and COO, only care about what's best for them financially. I saw them reverse direction 180 degrees many times. Saw them change CFO's almost annually. Don't plan on making a career here.
