Pros

Managers are always willing to help and do not breath down your neck while you work. Pay is fair and if you have an issue with salary managment will work with you to make sure you're paid what you are worth and tell you what needs to be inproved inorder to make more money and move up in the company.

Cons

If you're paid hourly, it is almost impossible to get extra hours for overtime. For example it is almost as if they would rather you delay finishing a project to avoid paying a few hours of overtime. Also, you may have to work without getting paid once you hit 40 hours in a week.

Pros

The only pro here would be that they leave you alone, for the most part. Unless you are not doing your job, that is.

Cons

Was promised an authority position which never materialized. They don't listen to the worker bees at all. All that matters are the front line numbers and metrics. If you go out of your way, it is not recognized, but they will be sure to take the credit. Also, the pay is absurd.

Everyone is very friendly for the most part. Pay is average. Easy place to work for. Great values. Family-oriented.

Cons

Compensation was not fulfilled after being sought out for a position with more responsibility and no training.
