Pros

It's good to work at Teletech because of the people around you. They are like families instead of co-employees. You can feel the harmonious relationship with one another and they are someone who can comfortably share your thoughts with.

Cons

It's not that easy, as I can say, to manage your time from second to minute to hours. In terms of task demands, I experienced too much workloads. Compensation and benefits are also quite too low for my position which are not proportional to my daily tasks.

Some of the people, it was a paycheck, opportunity to learn some new things, work for a global 24/7 company

Cons

Work life balance, expected to work more than 40 hours per week, benefits were not great, advancement wasn't an option unless you bought into their philosophy
