      Pros

      - Pay is above the average for the place I live in. - Work hours flexibility - Continuous education is awesome.

      Cons

      - Cab service at night was pushed to 12 midnight for all G&A. When working late shifts and most here have multiple public transportation segments, you at times might not find public transportation available at the other end of the second segment. Cab services for G&A should be brought back to 11 or 10 pm.

      Pros

      Here at Teletech, you will experience a great environment where you can grow personally and professionally. It is a company that invest in the development of their employees. Resources for professional and skill development are readily available to everyone. The work environment is excellent. You will work with not people that will eventually will become not just colleagues but as friends and family. The tools and the system we use makes our daily tasks much easier, the company never stops at making sure our technology is up to date. Never did a single day I regretted saying “Yes” during the job offer, and that was 12.5 years ago. Besides the fact that Teletech is a stable BPO company in the Philippines and continuously growing. Don’t take my word for it go ahead and use your friendly neighborhood google. 😝

      Cons

      I really don't see anything as what can be considered as "Cons" when working at Teletech. Its more of something that needs to be reviewed and improved on.

      Pros

      I've been with TeleTech since 2007 while I was in Law School. At first, I thought it would be a temporary job but as experienced the TeleTech way, I decided to stay. I started as an agent while having amazing opportunities not only to learn but also to grow. There are a lot of growth opportunities for so many different areas and profiles. Throughout the years, I have different roles and been happy with each and one of them because they led me where I am today. I now hold a title that is compatible with my studies and I have a chance to apply my knowledge and continue increasing it. The people that work at TeleTech are full with nice vibes, attitude and always willing to do their very best to make a great place for everyone.

      Cons

      As I was thinking of the cons of TeleTech, I rather see the Company is always willing to listen to their employees and work with everyone. TeleTech is a company that looks after their employees and they demand the best of them which is only natural.
