Great people to work with. I've never worked with people I find as likeable as I find here.

Inconsistent enforcement of standards. There are certain people who agree to rules/procedures and then actively subvert them.

There are very nice people at FCR. I think I grew as a professional during my time there.

Cons

Being a technical service representative is not an easy job. It takes strong computer skills, communication skills, and an interest in studying the products constantly to keep up with changes.
