Great People. a place to grow professionally.

Pros

Taboola shows a very high level of engineering. This might be hard for juniors/little experienced engineers but its worth the ride as one will improve his skills to the next level. WLB is great. the managers see the employee and support if needed. offices are very good and have a lot of perks.

Cons

Equity compensation is not high. Its very hard to get to a management position.
