Pros

Flexible hours, and relatively easy work. It got me through high school, and most of college until I started looking for a real job. Also free food during breaks is nice.

Cons

It is fast food, so they will get mad at you if you aren't fast enough. A lot of physical labor, cleaning things, moving boxes, making food, and the smallest problem could lead to a bad review from a customer. Deletions reflect badly on cashiers, which is unfair because most of the time it is customers that make you delete items. Also customers can be rude a lot of the time.

Pros

Flexible hours , work hard and its easy to be promoted. Pay is pretty good compared to other fast food restaurants. I started as a team member and in 6 years I worked hard and now I'm a general manager. So work your way up shift leader to assistant manager to GM and then District Manager

Cons

Sometimes its stressful if people call out and your short staffed for a day. Also its impossible to please some customers mo matter how hard you try.
