Pros
Not micromanaged and billing was not scrutinized unreasonably. No administrative nonsense, so I could focus on actual law practice for Nationwide without having to worry about dealing with the Tailored Management.
Cons
Once the assignment is over, company does not seem to make a major effort in trying to assign you to comparable role. No substantial complaints though.
