Pros
Tailored Management has been my "home away from home" for more than 5 years. There has been an abundant of laughs, tears, growth, hard work, challenges, opportunities, plus much more that i personally have experienced. In the middle of my tenure I had left to experience/explore another opprortunity. What I had found in that year was that the grass was not greener on the other side. I soon realized that TM allowed me to be my authentic self, provided me mass amounts of growth opportunities, and helped push me to achieve my goals. Having that experience caused me to be thankful for what I have learned/experienced at TM over the years. My job allows me to be independent, creative, organized, and much more. I am able to work and perform with my strengths in my own unique ways. I am often tasked and challenged, but always am provided leadership and guidance. My growth here has allowed me to embrace change, overcome certain obstacles, and allow me to feel confident in myself as well as my professionial career. TM is a special place to me and I am thankful to have been a part of the past, the current, and can't wait to be a part of the future!
Cons
No cons. We have a face paced environment and you may have to think on your toes. This is a motivation for me to problem solve and pushes me to be proactive rather than being reactive.
