      Terrible pay, slow response times to emails, recruiters text respond far too much or do not answer texts/emails, unprofessional staff when you are speaking with someone

      Pros

      Through the past 3 years I have had the opportunity to work with many different clients, going onsite and building relationships with managers and associates. The company also has monthly touchbases with catered in breakfast, team building and associate engagement events, and a super collaborative environment! Management is focused on building up the recruiting team and ensuring success!

      Cons

      None! Sometimes the office is a little chilly, but through a recruiter incentive program most people have mini space heaters! :)
