Pros
I've worked at Tailored for about 5 years now, and the professional growth I've had is unmatched. I’ve held 4 positions in this company over this short time I’ve been here. The coworkers are great, but this is really a place for hard working people to gain success. It's collaborative, and gives exposure to some of the country's leading businesses in the Fortune 500. It’s great to see the passion that drives everyone here to reach new goals on a daily basis. There is a strong platform for us to be creative and own our work and its outcomes so that we leave feeling fulfilled, and where everyone feels that they are contributing to the bigger picture.
Cons
This isn’t a con to everyone but this is a very fast pace and ever changing environment. For those that can be adaptable and open minded, this is a place to thrive, but this isn’t for someone that might struggle with variation. This is a place that encourages mindful motion, and has a very hands off management style, which I love. However, for those that need something that is repetitive and structured 100% of the time, this might not be the best fit.
