Where do I begin: - sexual harassment and grooming by senior leaders is tolerated, and covered up in some cases. - senior leaders are openly discriminatory against staff with protected characteristics (disability, race, gender etc) - favouritism and presenteesm - zero company strategy, everyone is walking around like headless chickens - poor and ineffective decision making - no succession planning. Senior leaders are not getting better at their jobs, in fact they deteriorate the higher up you go - no management training. Many people are promoted because they’ve put up with things they shouldn’t, not because they deserve it. Direct reports suffer. - poor communication.
