Pros

Every other friday off One day a week in the office Free drinks and snacks

Cons

Started off as a great place to work but when the excitement wears off you see the company for what it truly is: chaos. -Management are clueless -Terrible gossip culture -I have heard of and experience sexual harassment and when spoken out about it, it was dealt with but kept very hush hush. -No career progression. After almost two years and doing more than the job I was hired for I was still denied promotion. -Pay under market value -Are not inclusive for neurodiverse people. All the socials are just about getting really drunk nothing else. -Micromanaging

Pros

Flexible hours, 9 day fortnight, medical insurance, office location, office dogs.

Cons

Where do I begin: - sexual harassment and grooming by senior leaders is tolerated, and covered up in some cases. - senior leaders are openly discriminatory against staff with protected characteristics (disability, race, gender etc) - favouritism and presenteesm - zero company strategy, everyone is walking around like headless chickens - poor and ineffective decision making - no succession planning. Senior leaders are not getting better at their jobs, in fact they deteriorate the higher up you go - no management training. Many people are promoted because they’ve put up with things they shouldn’t, not because they deserve it. Direct reports suffer. - poor communication. To the point where you think everything is a lie because of how ineffectively the most basic information is handled - profit over people, planet and pets. I do not feed my dog this food - culture has taken a nosedive since the appointment of the new CEO. Unsurprising when you meet him. James was great.

Pros

Great colleagues and culture Good office benefits Some really smart people to work with and be mentored by

Cons

Senior management C-suite are completely disconnected from the reality of being anything other than a wealthy individual, this then creates issues as they make decisions based on their own personal environments and not employees Confusing KPIs Poor internal technology Poor work-life balance Poor Leadership Poor Communication Numbers driven Poor Salary Incredibly poor stock control
