Pros

Lovely people in the team Can be a great place to work if they try harder 9 day fortnight

Cons

Little to no progression, even after the many promises Negative atmosphere A downtrodden feeling amongst the team Bonus should be a pro, but it's dramatically lower for CX (even given the long term employment on the team)

People are patient and kind. They want to help where they can, so you don’t feel uncomfortable asking for help or guidance.

Cons

A lot of change in a short space of time. It’s unsettling.

Pros

They offered remote working and a 2h afternoon break.

Cons

They offered remote and didn’t supply any equipment and just expected you to have it all to work. If anything broke tough luck that means you can’t work. They have a very mundane script that you have to follow word for word or be scrutinised for it. Autodialer and you had to request to leave the queue to even go to the bathroom Although it was a 2h afternoon break you would work till 6-7pm to make up the hours. Minimum Wage.
