Pros

- it is a fast paced environment where you are given full ownership of your own development - lots of very intelligent people - lots of opportunity for growth - high expectation but also very supportive environment

Cons

- can require long hours at times - fast paced, work can come up suddenly and derail you - benefits aren't great (eg limited additional parental leave pay)

Pros

You’ll never feel alone in CX, but I suppose that does depend on which CX department you fall into. Management on personal experience seem to have genuine interest for your well being, progression and really work to get you where you want to be. Company have great values and hard work is noticed.

Cons

Salary could be a little more as sometimes it can be a high workload dependent on customers of course. It can seem a little long to get career progression moving. Targets should be a little more realistic as these keep on getting increased more and more.
