Interesting technology in a unique industry

Cons

Leadership is completely opaque about how they make decisions and prioritizations. Unclear what happens in board meetings or who they are throwing under the bus when they are unable to hit goals they set without real data.

Pros

Work-Life Balance and some good people

Cons

Secret agendas, Struggling to Survive, and not learning from their mistakes. They do the same thing over and over and expect different results. They are trying to sell the same thing they sold 5 years ago. The CTO doesn't know the industry has no integrity and can't be trusted. Leadership thinks they have the best software and it is outdated at best.

Great people, great culture, lackluster product

Pros

I worked with some fabulous people. The culture was great. It was the most diverse (ethnicity/gender/language) place I ever worked. It was almost entirely remote.

Cons

The pay was just ok. The WLB wasn't great, because the product wasn't reliable. Too many nights and weekends watching the poop hit the fan. A handful of high performers carried a lot of lazy people.
