Simple process to be submitted.

Cons

No support during interview process. No support once employed. Just hassling email reminders to submit timesheets which were blasted multiple times weekly to all employees.

Talent logic is the perfect place for those who enjoy helping people find jobs while helping clients find the best candidates. Really dependable staff and easy to reach. Lots of well-prepared training and resources to help you succeed. This company appreciates and rewards hard work.

Cons

A bit of a learning curve for new hires but once you know the process everything gets super easy.

It is a paycheck. I have yet had no problems with getting paid. Travel reimbursement is timely as well. No other 'pros' come to mind.

Cons

You are on your own. They literally do no follow-up with your client to market your abilities or to even get your contract renewed. Pitiful outreach attempts - the regular phone calls you get from them to check up on you is obviously read from a script. No benefits; not even paid time off after 5 years.
