Pros

The only pro I can say is the managers, this CEO does not deserve them! I honestly cannot say more than that when this company is based on lies and misinformation.

Cons

I have never really had to say anything negative about a company but I feel it is my civil duty to ALERT job seekers about this company. There is too much to list wrong with this company but I will list the most important. 1. They actually will hire any able body as they are too many job seekers now on to them and they literally cant get anyone to work for them. They rush you into a room, ask you to sign their paperwork which actually is to protect them when they fire you for no cause at all. The paperwork will actually lets you know that they will not pay you for a whole month, yes they hold back your pay and you work for free all that time. If you do not make the 650 calls a week they ask of you, then your fired, if you do not make a placement inside of a month your fired, if for some reason the owner does not like you or like the way you answer a question they will fire you. The CEO is arrogant, condescending and thinks that what he can do in India he can do in the United States. THEY do not have an HR department so you cant really go to anyone! How TWC has not investigated him is beyond me! He brags about terminating more than 200 people in over 3 years! "Because only sharks survive here!" The truth is he does not have an employee that has been there more than 3 years max! IF YOU HAVE OTHER JOB OPTIONS, TAKE THEM AND RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Pros

I am going to use this box to warn those who are considering working at Talent Logic because I wish I had someone who did that for me. Do not make the same mistake I did by believing it was a legitimate, honest company. The only pro I can think of is I am now able to use this experience as an example of what kind of companies to avoid when looking for new career opportunities.

Cons

Disorganized, dishonest, micromanaged, dramatic, SUPER stressful, and 100% metrics driven. They offer a very low salary, but expect you to put in over 50 hours/week.They will actually go out of their way to bring down your confidence, and compare you to other employees. In addition, if you don't put up with their shenanigsns for 60 days, your last check will be paid at minimum wage and be back- dated it to your start date, meaning you will not receive your last check, and they may actually claim you owe them money for over payment. Unbelievable, but true. They feel that creating an unhealthy, overly competitive and stressful environment will get them fast results. Instead it pushes people away and unmotivates everyone. Talent Logic is not focused on building relationships in the industry, which brings more value in the long run. They are only focussed on instant gains. They tell their employees to lie to their clients if they have to in order to get an immediate sale. There is absolutely no integrity. I felt very bad about myself, and shady working for this company. If you're considering working for Talent Logic, I encourage you to reach out to any of their current employees and ask them to give you their very honest opinion of what it's like working there before you make a final decision.

100% metrics driven is correct, and the only correct statement made here. In a highly competitive market place, and indeed any area of life, metrics are first, second, and last. Right from kindergarten to college, to our first day of work, until our last, we are all answerable to metrics. All Sales position are highly competitive, and a successful Salesperson thrives on such competition. Those who do not become successful do find these positions very stressful. Many Sales positions are commission based only and offer no base salary whatsoever. Anyone seeking a flat 40 hour work week, every week, should understand that Sales is not the career that provides that comfort. Presumably this comment stems from the additional training sessions offered twice a week for those that wish to attend. Comments of “instant gains” and “immediate sales” displays a basic lack of understanding of the core industry. Throughout life itself, we are all compared to others, be it our parents, our siblings, or our work colleagues. When one person is not successful having been provided the same opportunities and tools as those that surround him/her, and those colleagues are successful, then comparisons become obvious. Trust is assumed on each side upon the hiring of any employee, both during employment, and, if that employment ceases (especially through the employee’s own choice, as we believe in this case) that trust should continue on both sides.
