I love this company!!! Cant say enough good things about the people, the office, the view, the team dinners, the team events, offsites, the work we do, the challenges, the managers, the coworkers... makes me so happy to come to work every day.

Cons

So many people in the company and we dont know most of them. It would be good to have everything together once in a while.

Started at TalkDesk 4 months ago. So far everything has been good. Onboarding is great, the people are great and the leadership knows exactly what it needs to do to achieve the goal. I love how product focused the company is. The new healthcare plan is killer and saved me $5,000 per year.

Cons

So far not that many. Not as many benefits as some other companies, but these are minor things.
