Pros

I couldn't be happier with my decision. Talkdesk is so much better than where I was before, no comparison. No wonder so many people are moving here, and I couldn't recommend it enough. It took me a while to make a decision - after all, this is still a startup and we don't know the future, however, I regret not moving earlier. Such a great future here.

Cons

A few things that need to be figured out, operationally, but definitely on the right track.

I can't reconcile

Pros

I joined the company a few months ago, and I honestly can't reconcile the bad reviews I am reading and the reality I am facing. The CEO is very personable. He cares about the company and really wants to see it super successful. He is super sharp and has a strong vision. I only had good interactions with him. Every interaction I had with the COO was positive, and I always felt like I learned something from his feedback, Good or bad. He is very thoughtful and has a captivating vision. Both are direct, so if you can't handle it, maybe this is not the place for you. The team in Lisbon is a gem. I never met so many smart people in my professional life. No politics, no fighting, and super collaborative environment. I so far interacted with other great leaders in Customer Success, Support, and product. All top notch.

Cons

The sales team here went through 2-3 iterations and I am not sure yet if this version is the final one. Some of the latest hires are super promising, so we will see. On the small things, the office in Lisbon is nicer and more organized than the one in SF. I think we should invest in our HQ and make it at least as nice. We kind of let this office go. Comp is fair, but not generous.
