It took me a while to jump ship from a much much bigger company. A lot of my team was already at Talkdesk but I was making so much money, closing so many deals, that moving is always difficult. After a few months I can honestly tell you - IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER DONE! Talkdesk is an AMAZING company. AMAZING people. AMAZING product. AMAZING leadership. Yes, a lot of AMAZINGs but totally deserve it! Keep it going!!!

Cons

We need more processes, but I guess this is expected from a smaller company!
