The company has a hidden secret: what for most companies is a formality, for Talkdesk, it is expected to meet the Talkdesk-way-of-things within the probation period, even if it was never assessed during the recruitment nor during on-boarding process. No warnings, no feedback.

- There is some pressure to accept part of the salary as "expenses" - In general the environment and mood are very cool, but the COO is not great. It's not critical but it creates some instability and we have to adapt quickly. - Budget for necessary business trips are very tight and take too long to get approved by management (at least for Lisbon - Porto tech employees mobility), which is a little bit incongruous - The office is great but is getting packed and noisy - It seems to be a disconnection between C-level and the technical teams, some decisions are very business oriented
