Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that our company has provided you with a positive and pleasant experience. Temp roles cannot, unfortunately, be guaranteed in length or with a promise of a full-time placement at the end. However, we encourage all of our temp employees to continue to stay connected to their staffing manager and explore any future opportunities as their assignment comes to a foreseeable end. - Vaishali Rathod, Chief People Officer

Pros

Unfortunately, no pros to talk about.

Cons

*High level executives do not care and have no idea what is going on. They are just in it for themselves, especially the new CEO. *Unfaithful company - they do not care about you even if you work as hard as you can. *Wrong Commissions - they skim money off your commissions throughout the year and there is no way for you to confirm what you are being paid is correct. They do not come up with tools for recruiters or sales to monitor their commissions. That is how they make sure you do not know what you are actually supposed to be getting each month. *Payroll - they have had so many issues over the years not paying consultants on time. They have 2 people in payroll for many many employees and they will cover up any mistakes. They do not know how to take taxes out either, so many employees are now faced with thousands of dollars to pay the government at tax time. *Incentives - they will take away yearly trips when they want even when you earn them. *Watch out if they decide to lay you off, they will offer you nothing even if you've dedicated many many years of service to them. *Watch the positive reviews here - they are written by Tandym HR.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your experience with us through all the leadership changes was not a pleasant one. We are making continuous improvements of our operations and that, of course, will cause some disruption to our past conventional practices. Continuous improvement is a core value of our company, and we want to assure you that we are actively working towards automation and implementing new tools and resources with a goal to streamline processes. We do not invoke anyone internally – nor do we write our own – positive reviews. We appreciate your insights to help us work towards improvement. - Vaishali Rathod, Chief People Officer

Way downhill

Pros

It's good for younger people out of college that are trying to figure out what they want out of their career. It builds good skills and they have a lot of team building events, catered to a younger crowd.

Cons

Can be a pretty toxic environment depending on the team. It has changed a lot over the years and not for the better. There has been a lot of change at the top and it has become more of a revolving door. Some senior staff are not professional, especially when dealing with newer younger workers. The management micromanages and can create toxicity among the teams.

We appreciate your feedback and we’re glad that you see the value we bring to our early in career talent in the organization, and the development opportunity we can afford young professionals. We’re aware that leadership transitions have been tough for many tenured employees with process changes, but have always had an open door policy to ensure that unfair practices and toxic behavior is addressed. Wish you well for the next chapter in your professional career. Vaishali Rathod, Chief People Officer
