Pros

At first it sounded like a great empowering company that cares about its employees with an open door policy

Cons

Micromanaging, obsessive inappropriate management who will blow up your phone to check on you, though the President continuously stated on company calls “whatever you need just let us know” they refused to reimburse for approved reimbursable expenses or provide us with the basic tools we needed to work from home. Zero opportunity to grow, the same gang who has been there the longest will always dominate the advanced roles. Poor compensation structure and expensive benefits. Terrible work life balance they want you to be a slave at all hours. They claimed they wanted diversity but they picked and chose their causes very carefully to align themselves with politically fashionable causes, the other minorities’ issues meant nothing to them and in fact we’re ignored when brought up to their attention. If it wasn’t cool, they couldn’t care care

Under our new leadership team, we have made some intentional changes that enable our workforce to effectively do their job, through continuous investments in the right technology and adding round-the-clock resources. We also organized our DE&I committee to be aligned to a common mission: “Forming a diverse and culturally conscious workplace that provides inclusive and equitable opportunities for all." The intent of our DE&I committee is to educate and increase cultural awareness, while providing a safe space for employees of all backgrounds to vocalize support and foster feelings of belonging and inclusivity. Pros

Nothing unless you’re a white middle aged man

Cons

Micro management across the board. Antiquated systems and processes. Executive team is terribly outdated and most have been here for most of their careers. Benefits are terrible. No 401k for full time employees. Most of what they do is level staffing.

It’s unfortunate to hear about your experience with our firm as it is our top priority to make all staff feel that they can succeed at the firm as many of our leaders have grown their careers, starting as recent college grads and growing throughout the years to become very successful. We are always updating and expanding our technologies and processes, as evidenced in December of last year when we launched Bullhorn, a state-of-the art Applicant Tracking System that has taken our business to the next level. We wish you success in the future. Edward Fleischman, CEO, The Execu|Search Group

Pros

Summer Fridays, Decent PTO You can make good money here if you literally have no life for a couple years

Cons

Too many to many to name. I thought the interview process was pretty thorough until I started working here and then realized it was a total bait and switch. They weren’t entirely honest during the recruitment process. Benefits started after 90 days, not 60. Their compensation plan is also a joke - especially if you are a non entry level recruiter. They weren’t forthcoming at all with how that would work either. And they pay every month. Not biweekly. Not weekly. Once a month. A lot of your happiness also depends on the team you’re put on. Some are less professional then others. Some of the management literally make you feel like your in an alternate reality with some of the stuff that comes out of their mouths. As many have noted, their benefits are also horrible. This place is a revolving door for many and there’s a reason.
