Pros

Young environment, team members and lower level management are great to work with.

Cons

Partners of the company only care about metrics and will always let you know. you will be treated as a number and based off how much money you make the company. A good majority of the employees have been there one year or less and there is a good reason for it, most are fired as soon as they stop producing numbers, or end up quitting. Encouraged to pressure candidates into taking temp jobs at all cost, if they do not accept you will hear about it... pressured to work extremely long hours (12 hour days) and to work through lunch. no work life balance. myself and my co workers were fearful of being fired on a daily basis. It is all about numbers.

Thanks for your review. The staffing industry is sales-focused; therefore, metrics do have to be monitored in some way. What sets us apart from other firms is that we do not only rely on metrics and rather have goals for our staff to work up to. All staff are trained and then continue to be coached by their team, so that they are successful at meeting their goals. We take training and ongoing training very seriously, because we do not look at our employees as numbers, but as members of our team that we hope will stay for years to come. It’s unfortunate you feel the metrics were the only area looked at because we do hope employees enjoy the culture of the company and feel comfortable enough to ask for extra training or help when needed. Pros

Nothing at all. Dealing with the people at the Parsippany location was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Cons

Horrible experience, cares nothing about the employees, low pay

From the location of your review, it seems you may have been working for one of our clients in the Princeton area. I am disappointed to hear you did not have a good experience on your assignment. I recommend speaking to your recruiter, so they can better assist in finding a role and client that would better meet your expectations. Thank you for your review. Pros

I would never have been successful had it not been for the training and support I received from my team. They made sure I was set up for success from the second I started. You get exactly what you put into the job. Love working here!

Cons

Hours can be long, however, you see the effort of the time you put in given back to you times ten!
