The culture! I feel the employees at TESG really make the company worth working at! Everyone is always nurturing, mentoring and are always there to help you out. I really like being part of a team and feeling comfortable enough to reach out to my collogues for advice, direction and second opinions. They offer amazing incentives to the employees such as Chairman's Circle which is a trip abroad for a few days in paradise. TESG also works with every employee to make sure they are happy and receiving the right training and tools/resources necessary so they can be the best they can be in their role. I feel like this company truly values their employees and wants them to excel.

Benefits are a little pricy!
