I'm glad to hear that you feel you are working in a good, supportive environment, because that is a goal that we strive to achieve. Our industry is one that does take committing a lot of time and effort each and every day, yet the outcome is much greater with growth opportunities, office and firmwide perks, and of course support from your team. Thank you for your feedback. Edward Fleischman, CEO - The Execu|Search Group

Pros

They do have jobs available. $15 an hr

Cons

They lie in the Melville Office. They promise you will get paid then 3 weeks after you're still on the phone trying to get someone to send you a check. They use the excuse " the company lost the timesheet" as an excuse not to pay /delay your pay.

Pros

You can make a lot of money and M. Cooke is the man and Ed, the CEO is approachable and nice.

Cons

Toxic culture, they work you to the bone - 12 hour days with only a 15 min lunch break, if you take longer they yell at you. You are a strictly a number to them. Zero work life balance. Ppl are robots there and the management does not know how to manage and train new employees. It's a very cut throat culture, recruiters jump on each others candidates and constantly fight over clients and the management doesn';t know how to deal with those types of situations. Other firms like Green Key have much better culture and have same opportunity. The benefits package also is really sub par with the market.

Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to each of our employees and make sure they are getting the best training possible and are supported by their teams and managers. Our core hours are between 8:30am to 5:30pm and you're on your own for lunch, so I am surprised to hear that. On some occasions, situations may arise where you may have to work late, yet that is on an individual basis, which is the same at every firm in our industry. Our new managers go through multiple training sessions as well as ongoing management training, so we can make sure they are receiving all the training they need to successfully manage their team. Every company has their own culture and we pride ourselves on ours, including our work/life balance. Thank you for taking the time to write your review and I wish you the best in your future endeavors. Edward Fleischman, CEO The Execu|Search Group
