      Pros

      - Plenty of PTO and Holidays Observed - Company activities - Positive Energy From MAJORITY of employees - Workplace setup is Employee Friendly - $5 Jean Fridays to support a different charity each month.

      Cons

      - EXPENSIVE health coverage - Pay seems to be on the lower end of scale BUT there is Bonuses , Pay increases and promotions all the time.

We value our culture and provide plenty of perks for our staff just like the ones you mentioned and more! In regards to our health coverage, we have a few different options an employee can choose from that they can be comfortable with.       Pros

      I strongly feel the best move I have made in my career is joining The ExecuSearch Group. I have been employed here for several years now and feel very lucky to be part of such a wonderful organization. The environment here is amazing and I can honestly say I enjoy coming to work every day. I feel very valued as an employee and extremely appreciative of the opportunities I have been given to grow within the company.
