Fast paced environment, constant help and support from co-workers, young & fun, HIGH ENERGY!

When I first began here a few months ago, I was pretty much a rookie to the staffing industry. In the beginning, I was nervous that I was in over my head and was a little unsure of what I was doing. Those feelings ended very quickly with the assistance, guidance, training and encouragement from my team and my manager. My time here so far has been a really great experience. The work is challenging, yet incredibly rewarding. The overall culture of Execu|Search is young and vibrant - which was exactly what I was looking for! Not only do I thoroughly enjoy what I do, but I am genuinely happy to come into the office everyday because of my team. The group of people that I work with are really wonderful and are always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. I think it is difficult to find a place of employment that truly encompasses what it means to be part of a team. I am looking forward to being here for many years to come!
