      Pros

      I have been working at the firm for about 4 years now. The team efforts, the leadership, the culture at the firm is everything I ever asked for. The leadership team does a great job at maintaining the type of culture that allows for advancement, success and just a great team environment. We consider ourselves as a big happy family.

      You must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.

      Pros

      Besides the fact that you can make a ton of money, the employees and partners are generally good people that want to see you succeed. The environment is fast paced, and you are learning new things every day. A fun place to work!

      Cons

      The recruiting business is not for everyone. It is highly entrepreneurial, and if you are not comfortable communicating with people on a regular basis, you will not be successful. It is a sales environment, so it is up to you as to whether or not you will make money.

      Executive Management is very approachable, helpful and innovative. The team is very driven. Expect to work in a team environment where everybody around you has success and will help you be successful.
