      Leadership has big egos which is ironic because a core value is humility, Micro managing CEO that acts like a sales manager - not a CRO or CEO. Comp plans are a disaster.

      Fast paced and dynamic workplace, employees are empowered to be solution oriented, founders are laser focused on our customers and the market opportunity in front of us, and they will move heaven and earth to meet the customers needs. Grit and Humility are key values and are expressed daily in the actions of Tapcheck's leadership. Our COO is regularly found in swarm meetings to address customer needs. Tapcheck is getting better every quarter at prioritizing what we resource based on what truly matters to the top line and bottom line.

      Cons

      Tapcheck is still very much an early stage Series A work environment where everyone must stand ready to do what needs to be done. For those that love this kind of autonomy and accountability, you will thrive. For those that are used to an environment with more resources, prepare yourself to demonstrate servant leadership. Tapcheck demands your best. The company values of grit and humility are required everyday. You won't be able to hide in your team in this environment so be ready to have your actions and impact measured.

      The company is growing fast and in a healthy way. Their CS team is great from leadership all the way down

      Cons

      The executive team members are all bullies that will publicly humiliate jr. staff. They don't provide health benefits from day 1 and their PTO policies are a joke
