Base is decent, enjoy working from home

Cons

Started seeing red flags on week 1. On top of minimal training and structure, I felt like everything I did was micromanaged. Overall, did not feel like it was a healthy work environment. I would avoid this company.

This company is a JOKE. The hiring manager didn’t even show up to my final interview but begged me to accept the job. They promised me I would make lots of money in commission & would help me grow in my career. Not only did they offer little to no help, they raised the quota 2 months in to something no one in the company has ever remotely come close to & cut the commission in half. Don’t waste your time.

There is not a single pro I can list besides they don’t know what they’re doing so you have lots of free time

Cons

Run. Clear the other direction. From ghosting my referral after his interviews (multiple) to the toxic lead I do not see this company achieving its long term goals with the poor management and executives we have currently. Not to mention the product exploits our customers but supports our clients (the businesses). Bad time all around.
