Pros

Good support to get things done. Some people working there actually love their jobs. Decent pay for retail

Cons

Having to work with slackers who are difficult to get rid of. Not always consistent direction from management. Unless you fit into the Target profile, no room for advancement

Pros

- The interview process is pretty thorough and I have found most of my fellow managers are enjoyable people. - Competitive salary. - Brand identity

Cons

- Extremely micromanaged environment. - Zero compensation for all the extra work you are required to do -- volunteering, meetings on off days, projects, etc. - Negative/ fear your not performing or anything you ever do is good type environment.
