Pros

I worked at Targeted Victory full-time from July 2021 to February 2024, and then returned as a contractor in 2025 — and both experiences reaffirmed what an exceptional company this is. Leadership & Culture: The leadership team truly sets the tone. They’re approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping people grow. The culture is collaborative, upbeat, and filled with people who are both talented and kind. You feel like your contributions matter, no matter your level. Growth Opportunities: One of the things I appreciated most was how quickly you can grow if you’re willing to work hard and take initiative. With the support of my managers, I was promoted from Analyst to Manager in a short period of time. Leaders at TV recognize strong performance and reward it — whether through promotions, bonuses, or stretch opportunities. I felt challenged in all the right ways and learned more here than I ever expected. Supportive Managers: My managers over the years were consistently encouraging, communicative, and open. I always felt comfortable raising questions or ideas, whether to my direct manager or to leadership above them. There’s a genuine culture of listening — people want you to succeed and they make that clear. Meaningful Work & Client Exposure: I was able to work directly with clients and contribute to marketing initiatives that aligned with my interests. The variety of projects kept things exciting and helped me develop a broad skill set early in my career. Returning as a Contractor: When I came back in June 2025 as a contractor, the transition was seamless. The remote flexibility (as needed) was incredibly helpful as I navigated pregnancy, and the team continued to place trust in me and my work. Personal relationships picked up right where they left off, and I felt supported by both old colleagues and new friends. It was a reminder that TV invests in people, not just positions. Bottom Line: Targeted Victory is a place where you can grow quickly, build strong relationships, learn from great leaders, and feel valued every day. I’m grateful for everything I gained here and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a supportive, fast-paced, and genuinely positive workplace.

Cons

Nothing significant comes to mind. The work can be fast-paced, timely, and require longer hours at times depending on your clients and the political cycle, but that’s expected in this industry. During those stretches, I always found it fun to grind it out with my team — everyone is heads down with you and collaborating. It makes for great memories. The support from your team truly makes it manageable.

Pros

Benefits are great and pay is fair. Great office environment with frequent social/team events. No idea is too crazy to discuss with coworkers. Creativity and innovation is really encouraged and you can tell it energizes everyone.

Cons

Sometimes there's too many cooks in the kitchen. Wires get crossed over which department owns what and titles fill egos. All of that combined creates friction between colleagues.
