      Pros

      Lots of transparency from the top down - I know there's a lot of reviews saying otherwise but most of these entry level freshly graduated analysts and associates are in for a rude awakening if they think this company isn't a transparent one. A great company to go out and get yours. They have a clear mission and business model which really opens the path for you to go make a difference on the bottom line and be rewarded for it Forward thinking organization who is always trying to stay a step ahead of the competition. The diversification has really been amazing to see first hand

      Cons

      A large number of employees are young and it brings a lot of different challenges. Patience and strong communication help go a long way! Work life balance can be difficult as the work is demanding (a pro for me) but I've never experienced any push back from anyone when I need time for my personal life
