Pros
I worked at Targeted Victory for the last three years and greatly enjoyed my time there. The company is incredible fast-paced (which isn't for everyone) and constantly changing & evolving. There are a lot of very talented and smart people there with very diverse backgrounds. It's an intense atmosphere but very rewarding with lots of opportunities for professional development and growth. I think the company will continue to grow and succeed!
Cons
The culture of change isn't a fit for everyone. It does require some self-starting attitude to be successful. I changed teams and managers during my time there which can be stressful but overall a positive experience.
