Pros

Employees have an opportunity to work with a vast array of clients, from Congressional to Presidential campaigns, as well as issue advocacy groups and committees. Targeted Victory is the most technologically capable political agency in the field - Employment at TV can definitely be an education, if you make the investment.

Cons

Employees outside the fraternal clique, which is a bit of a boys club, may find it difficult to be promoted.

Pros

Targeted Victory is full of smart, driven strategists, account managers, engineers, and designers. The company is not only a full-service digital agency, but also focuses on new product development, and is quickly expanding beyond politics/non-profits . The culture fosters creativity, collaboration, and individuals that truly care about the well-being of each other. There is no bureaucracy. It has a casual dress code, open working environment, a fairly flexible schedule, and great benefits.

Cons

It is definitely a work hard, play hard culture. If you're looking for a 9-to-5 job, this isn't it.

Pros

If you're looking for a job that will constantly teach you, make you better, has great colleagues, and rewards you for performing at a high level, this is a great place to work. It's definitely fast paced but that's what makes it fun. Working here, you have the opportunity to work with high-level clients, be on the cutting edge of changing technologies, and be the best of the best in the political digital space. Plus, you get to wear whatever you want.

Cons

When it gets closer to Election Day, and depending on how high-level of a client you are dealing with, you'll be putting in more hours than normal. (If you expect otherwise, politics probably isn't for you.) But it is a great experience you will rarely get elsewhere and once it's over, you will have learned a whole lot, have experience under your belt, built connections (esp. on client strategy side), and will have time to enjoy the holidays that are right around the corner after Election Day (Thanksgiving, Christmas).
