Pros

If you like the past paced environment of a campaign with the laid back attitude of a tech company, you will love working here. The people are great to work with and you have a lot of free reign to take on new responsibilities.

Cons

The work schedule can be demanding during election years, a lot of working remotely nights, weekends, etc. However, to make up for it, office hours get more flexible on non-election years.

TV has a great work environment. The company is full of young professionals that enjoy working on innovative new technology and how it can help their clients.

Cons

If you are into happy hours with people that are not your colleagues - you will have to leave early. The office is located in Alexandria (instead of DC) and requires a good walk to King Street.
