Pros

Decent benefits Team i work for is great Changes in Sales and Plant organization for the better. Strategy to bring some alignment is the right decision Executive leadership changes were good - feels like people are on the right seats on the bus now. Flexible work schedule and summer hours New CEO was the right move for morale, strategy and stability of company

Cons

Communication of the overall strategy and progress needed more often - we've had a lot of change. Naturally, people have concerns because most don't like change.

Thank you for your comment and balanced perspective & feedback. Since the time of your comment, we have implemented some employee recognition tools that anyone, but especially leaders, can use . We also have a team focused on engagement, of which, rewards, recognition and enhancing Communication (tools and methods) actions are being taken. We hope these changes have become evident. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to contact your HR partner if you have further ideas on how we can become better.

Pros

Received a regular paycheck

Cons

Constant executive turnover causes undefined strategy, repeated re-implementation of WCM, toxic old-school Tandus management, mandatory steel-toe boots for non-maintenance employees, poor morale, nepotism, poor leadership at plant level, qualified minorities in leadership roles do not last, sabotage of projects at certain plants

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback. When acquisitions occur, it often takes years to fully transition, leveraging the best attributes of the former company while integrating into a new company. We rely on all Tarkett employees, whether directly hired or joining us by acquisition, to provide input and honest dialogue, even when it constructively challenges us. We aspire to respect the history of great companies that have joined us while united all under the umbrella of "One Tarkett." We still go through growing pains as we are continually shaping a culture and team that is high performing, inclusive, respectful and agile (as you mentioned, not all things can be "textbook"). We hope as we collaborate as a team, this type of feedback will surface at the worksite and be shared with our leaders, so improvements can be made, where its most effective and needed.
