Stressful Environment & Lots of Micro/Mis-management

Pros

If you can navigate through Office politics, there is a lot of scope for growth

Cons

Long hours, Lack of career growth, Lack of recognition, Micro/Mis-management When I joined the company, it was an employee friendly environment. But, during the last few years of my tenure, it went from average experience to the worst and the org structure has become a maze of mismanagement and internal politics, with some unethical practices and behaviors. The senior management doesn't have a clear defined goals about what they want to pursue (except for a handful from the management team) and they keep switching their agenda quite frequently within an year. The last 2 years of my tenure at this company had been very stressful, despite my best efforts to be professional and deliver high quality work. I could give numerous examples supporting my review. I wouldn't recommend this company for self-disciplined individuals who want to be productive and keep themselves updated with latest technologies.

Pros

HR, Finance, Marketing - great teams to join Join there if you are offered as a senior manager. your life may be easy in Tavant. You can save travel time as tavant is in koramangala

Cons

One developer has to take care of 2-3 persons work as there is too much work pressure. HR team consists of school kids and they are not mature enough to handle employee issues(Just watch them closely when you go for the face to face interview). Policies are just for name sake to maintain process auditing. Forget the word "Promotion" till you stay with this company. I have missed my lunch many times because of too much work pressure and there are managers who used to ask team members to finish the lunch within 10mins manytimes due to meetings/work. Your will mentally retire & tired soon because of the work pressure.

Force resignation

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Nothing can be considered a pro when they don't give you a single chance of a client interview and then fire, there was no skillset gap or anything. They forced more than 100 people to resign.

Cons

The recent events within the company have witnessed a distressing trend of widespread forced resignations. This unsettling development has left numerous employees grappling with uncertainty and concern. The decision to compel individuals to relinquish their positions without their consent is deeply disheartening and raises ethical questions regarding the treatment of employees. The forced resignations not only disrupt the professional lives of those affected but also have a significant impact on their livelihoods and well-being. Such actions highlight the need for organizations to prioritize transparent communication, fair practices, and empathy, fostering an environment that values and supports its workforce.
