Pros

I love the culture of this company. We are a large corporate homebuilder, but the divisions definitely have their individual flair as does our corporate team. I think that focus on culture makes this company feel really special.

Cons

There aren't a lot of downsides - for me probably dealing with year end stress, but I have been with several other builders and it isn't better anywhere else. It helps when you actually like coming to work every day.

Employees are provided autonomy and flexibility to bring their ideas to the table and feel like their opinion is valued. There is a strong sense of corporate vision where we are all rowing in the same direction.

Cons

This is more an industry con versus a Taylor Morrison con, but a highly cyclical industry provides higher stress over workload and job security.
