This company has incredible leadership, a desire to deliver the best experience to the customer, and a company culture that focuses on winning, having fun, and taking care of the Taylor Morrison family. Truly a great place to work!

Cons

It is a very busy time at the company as we look to integrate many new systems and best practices. As we move thru the implementation of these key initiatives, the benefits will be endless. All the hard work will pay off.

Due to the amount of time one spends at work it helps that Taylor Morrison makes it very enjoyable. You can tell that all levels of management actually care about the employees. Even if the workload is crazy at times, there is always someone willing to pitch and help - Great teamwork throughout the organization

Cons

No real down sides - work and life balance gets a little crazy every now and then - but not all the time
