      Pros

      Taylor Morrison is the best company to work for hands down! When you walk through the doors it feels like home in all of our divisions. We have the best people with the best talent and it's truly like a family when you work here.

      When you love what you do you never work a day in your life.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, decent benefits, fair pay. Management does well with the resources they have. The focus has really become company culture and work-life balance. This is not Google, there aren't any crazy benefits, but overall it's a solid place to work. I really get the feel from the CEO that employees and their wellbeing are valued.

      Cons

      there is a drive to do more with less, which means fewer people for more work. Can sometimes get overwhelming. Compensation could be better, it's not unfair, but it's also not the greatest.

      No better place than TM

      Pros

      When working for Taylor Morrison; you know that you are gaining a whole new team and family. A Team and Family that supports, pushes and encourages you to grow in your current position and for future opportunities. The care and attention that is given to each individual person is amazing considering how large of a company we are. You never feel like a shadow but as an individual and part of something great.

      Cons

      I have to honestly say that in the time I have been with TM, there are no negative things that I can say about this company and it's leadership team. There is always a constant open door between you and your manager that allows you the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns.
