      Pros

      You will get a good amount of training. It’s nothing an individual can’t handle, just depends on the team around you. They typically love green individuals who don’t know much about construction. Bottom line is to just ask questions and you’ll get answers.

      Cons

      There’s no emphasis on practical training as it pertains to construction, you’re just learning how to standardize the process and be there for minimal fires.

      They are really flexible and they will work with you and your schedule. This is helpful to satisfy your needs and reach a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Like every new job you will have to learned, and Taylor Morrison is not the exception. They have a sophisticated system that its mostly new to the industry meaning that it will required you input to learned and develop the system operations.

      Everyone here is genuinely happy to be here every single day. They promote work/life balance, welcomed me with open arms and lots of kind emails/IMs, etc. They allow ample onboarding time for you to really acclimate and I just cannot say enough good words about the people!
