Even though it's written in black and white, they have a lot of over-lays. This will cause delays on about 90% of your closings and they still expect you to have amazing surveys. Rates - Worse rates in the industry. They have substantially different rates in CA than the rest of the nation; sometimes by a full percentage. Management - All of them only care about CYA. Pay - They keep screwing you on your commissions, and you are on a draw. I didn't think that was legal in CA. No work/life balance - Because you work remotely, you're tied to your phone and managers expect you to pick up calls/respond to emails even when you're on vacation.
