What you are describing about salary and commissions is not something we are aware of and it is definitely not the way we treat our employees. Thank you for sharing your impressions with us. We always welcome feedback from current and former employees, we believe it's critical to improving. Regarding your concern around management and product outlook, we have been focusing on new products, adding innovation to our offering - launching Onyx very recently and we are extremely excited and confident over the results so far. During these past months we have had, like many in the industry, needed to revisit our benefits and invest in our employees in different ways. We know those changes are not always popular yet we hope overall our employees see the positives of these changes and also see and feel the benefits from the introduction of new ones.
