Regarding the career opportunities, we are running workshops, training, development opportunities, mentorships programs and a buddy system for new hires across the year. As you may know, this week we have launched the GrowthXperience Week globally, in which we are giving employees time to learn and grow. We have organised a keynote speaker, offered workshops to develop soft-skills and brought peer-to-peer sessions called "Day in the Life '' to learn more about other roles and departments within the organization. On top of that, we've just launched our internal Career Development landing page, which will help you better understand the L&D programs we have in place, the process to develop your career path within Outbrain and where to find the open job opportunities.
